DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE FOR BEST RESULTS:  Start filling your tub with water and add 1 scoop directly under the running water. Allow it to start dissolving after a few minutes after you have filled your tub with water........Sit, Soak, and Relax.   

 

NEWBORN BATHTUB:  use 1/2 scoop each bath time when using an infant-sized tub.   As you are adding the water from your kitchen tap or from your tub add the bath soother directly under the running water.  Mix it up with your hand or a small towel, wait a few minutes to allow it to dissolve then carefully place your infant in the water.

 

RECOMMENDED:  use a bath towel or your hands to reach those areas not submerged in the water. The idea is to make sure the soother reaches all the areas that are of concern for total soothing each time.

(Rinse and clean your tub after every use.)  If you have a shower mat or bath mat in your tub make sure you also rinse under it after every use.

Should I take a bath, shower, or bathe my newborn before soaking in the soother?  

 

For the best results in a tub: for adults or newborns follow the first steps of adding the soother to your water, then go ahead and use your soap or baby wash to bathe. While still in the tub use your towel or hand to splash the soothing water onto the areas not submerged. Sit, Soak & Relax.   The key is to allow the soother to absorb into your skin which is why I recommend taking a bath vs shower.

 

For best results in a shower: Take your shower first then apply as recommended to your towel and rub on your entire body or areas of concern.  The idea is to apply it last to your body with a light rinsing off, then pat dry. 

 

Can I use the soother every day on myself or newborn?  Yes!  To enjoy all the soothing benefits of the Bath Soothers' daily use will allow your skin to start its rebuilding process. Although it is an individual decision of how often you shower or take a bath.  I do recommend using it during each bath or shower session. 

 

Are there any negative effects from using it daily?  No! For the body to start healing you have to be consistent with any recovery steps.  All of my Bath Soothers are hypoallergenic and all-natural which makes them safe to use daily or a few times a week.  

 

What should I do if it gets into the eyes or mouth? Don't panic! Each soother is made with Oatmeal as the base, and all-natural homegrown options are added. No Chemicals! No Perfumes!

Yet, being as safe as possible when bathing your newborn or small child is always important. If while soaking or bathing it gets into the eyes a slight rinse of clear water or gentle patting of the eyes with a soft dry towel is safe to do. 

Never leave a small child or newborn alone in a newborn tub or adult size bathtub.
