INGREDIENTS & HOW TO USE
1 large pack= ( 2 cups )
Fresh Ground Oats, Organic Whole Dried Chamomile Flowers & Lavender buds.
SHELF LIFE- 1 year when stored in the secure resealable bag in a cool, dry place
THIS IS NOT A SOAP!
DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE FOR BEST RESULTS: Be prepared. You will need a large towel, a comfortable chair, and a zen-like setting.
(If no zen-like setting is available start soaking your feet and soon you will be in one)
- Spread your towel out on a flat even floor surface
- Fill your foot spa tub, container, or bathtub with water (choose a water temperature that is comfortable for you or recommended by your doctor
- Add 1 scoop or 1/2 scoop to your water.
- Stick your feet in and let the treatment begin!
- Soak for 20 mins in a full tub or if using a foot spa tub
- Feel free after a few moments to safely scrape or wipe away any dead skin.
- Make sure you thoroughly dry both feet and dry between each toe before putting on socks, shoes, or slippers.
- Feel free to use any creams, oils, or lotions after you have dried your feet if you prefer.

( Always rinse and clean your foot tub out after every use and allow it to dry before putting it away.)
RECOMMENDED TO REMOVE DEAD SKIN: A hand towel, charcoal mesh sponge, or bath sponge is recommended when removing dead skin from the feet of anyone who is a diabetic. If you normally use a foot scraper, ped egg, pumice stone, soft towel, or pad on your feet feel free to do so while your feet are still wet and soaking. Be careful when removing dead skin as you do not want to cut your feet!
Getting all of that rough or dead skin off will help soften your feet and assist in you receiving all the benefits of my Oatmeal Herbal All-Natural Diabetic Foot Soak.
DIABETIC AWARENESS WHEN SOAKING FEET:
- Soaking your feet for a long time frame in one sitting is NOT RECOMMENDED! 20 mins is suggested!
- Due to a different level of sensitivity hot water should NOT be used when soaking your feet. Lukewarm or room temperature water is recommended.
- After soaking your feet make sure you thoroughly dry both feet and dry between each toe before putting on socks or shoes.
- NEVER get into bed with wet feet.
- NEVER use sharp tools/ very sharp scrapers when removing dead skin
- NEVER attempt to remove dead skin when your feet are dry

How long should I soak my feet in your Oatmeal Herbal Diabetic Foot Soak? Soak a minimum of 20 mins once or twice a week ( check with your doctor for preferred longer time frames )
Can I use your Foot Soak while in the bathtub? YES! you sure can. My special Oatmeal Herbal Diabetic Foot Soak is 100% all-natural and is safe to use while in the bathtub.
Can I use the Oatmeal Herbal Foot Soak every day? Yes! it can be used daily but once or twice a week is what I recommend and is sufficient for the best results.
Are there any negative effects of using it daily? No! Unless you have a diagnosed foot disease, open deep cuts, or wounds that per the advice of your doctor you should not soak your feet. Otherwise, enjoy my Oatmeal Herbal Foot Soak as often as you prefer.

What should I do if it gets into my eyes or mouth? Don't panic!
If it gets into the eyes or mouth rinse out thoroughly with clean water and gently pat the eyes dry with a clean towel. Do not rub as eyes at any time as they can become more irritated and red!
